Fire Risk Assessment
A structured fire safety review of your premises — ignition sources, fuel loads, compartmentation, detection, suppression, signage and means of escape — written to satisfy Civil Defence and your insurer, and to work on the night it matters.

Permit-to-Work System Setup
Most permit systems fail because they are too heavy to use, not because they are missing. We design a PTW system sized to your operation, then train the issuers, receivers and authorised gas testers who have to run it every day.

Discovery call
A 30-minute conversation to understand the driver — a client audit, a regulator finding, a new contract or an incident — and what a good outcome looks like for you.
Site visit & baseline
Our consultant walks the site, reviews your documentation and talks to the people doing the work. Nothing is assessed from a desk.
Findings & action plan
You receive a written report with findings graded by risk, photographic evidence, and a corrective action plan that names an owner and a date for each item.
Implementation support
We help close the actions — writing the procedure, running the training, chairing the study or placing the HSE officer. You choose how much of it we do.
Verification & close-out
