Learning outcomes
Upon completing the Highfield First Aid / Emergency First Aid course, participants will:
- Recognise and respond to common medical emergencies confidently
- Deliver CPR and basic life support following international protocols
- Manage bleeding, fractures, burns and shock safely and effectively
- Use first aid equipment, including AEDs (automated external defibrillators)
- Document incidents in accordance with national workplace safety regulations
Course duration
- Level 1–2: 1 day
- Level 3: 2–3 days
- Level 4 (instructor level): 3–4 days
